1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the House Hunter Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. System Access Fee

A one-time non-refundable system access fee is required for new users to unlock premium features and contact landlords directly. This fee helps us maintain a spam-free environment.

3. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information. Misrepresenting identity or posting fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination.

4. Payments and Refunds

All rent payments and deposit refunds are processed via M-Pesa. House Hunter acts as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes arising outside the platform. Formal disputes should be handled via the Arbitration Desk.
